Since all websites are custom-made and digital, refunds cannot be issued once design work or development has started or been delivered.

A deposit (for example, 50%) secures your project and reserves time in our schedule. This deposit is non-refundable.

3️⃣ Cancellations Before Work Starts

If you cancel before any design work begins, you may receive a partial refund (minus processing or consultation fees).

4️⃣ Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer up to [2–3] rounds of revisions (depending on your package) to ensure your satisfaction before final delivery.

5️⃣ Technical Issues

If the issue is caused by an error on our side (like a coding problem or hosting setup mistake), we’ll fix it free of charge within a set timeframe (1 YEAR)

The timeline officially begins once all required materials (text, images, logos, etc.) are received from the client.

Delays in providing content, approvals, or feedback may extend the project deadline. We’ll always communicate and adjust timelines as needed.

3️⃣ Revisions & Updates

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may affect the delivery schedule.

We strive to deliver all projects within the agreed timeline. In the rare case of a delay caused by our team, we’ll notify the client immediately and provide a revised delivery date.
